All costs must be appropriately documented and reported.
Costs that can be accepted:
- Only verifiable costs can be accepted, like venue, food & drinks, banners or promotional material, merchandise, photographer (a photographer will not be accepted if the cost is too high - your meetup doesn't need to have professional pictures)
Costs that are not accepted:
- Travel costs, accommodation, commission for organizers or speakers, miscellaneous, and various buffers that were not pre-approved

☝🏼
Any accepted costs not mentioned above must first be discussed with the curators in order to be approved.
