Correct Polkadot branding is a must; some rules need to be followed.
Logo
In your designs, always use the newest Polkadot logo. Do not change it, modify it, or adjust it. Download original Polkadot logos here: https://polkadot.com/community/brand-hub

- Polkadot branding must be visible and the main point of your designs and merchandise.
- Don’t experiment too much. If you need help, suggestions, or recommendations, contact the bounty curators. Having your banner or merchandise design approved by curators is always good.
Banners
- Banners should be without dates and created to be more “general” so they can be reused in the future. Avoid adding the name of the city or similar specifications if you are planning to organize meetups in other cities.
- Avoid adding QR codes that can expire. Most online free tools provide QR codes that expire. If you add one, verify that it will not expire and ensure the QR code promotes Polkadot.
- Banners should be Polkadot-related and not include other projects outside of Polkadot. If you want to include those, you need them to be pre-approved. Any designs outside of “general” designs must be pre-approved.

Merchandise
- Merchandise like shirts or other clothing should be ordered from local vendors to get the best pricing and to avoid paying for shipping.
- Since we are working with a limited budget, we recommend giving away shirts and other types of merchandise as a reward for the most active attendees. You can hold a competition or initiate some activity like:
- Competition to download Nova wallet/Subwallet, who claims first POAP
- People who post about the meetup on socials (they can also tag @DOTmeetups)
- People who ask questions or know answers
- Make a short quiz (you can use webpages like Kahoot)
- For stickers, you can try Stickermule.
- Merchandise is not needed for your meetu,p butit can help spark some activity
