This initiative is exclusively for individuals enrolled in the Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship. Pop-ups are designed to serve as a starting point for ambassadors who are beginning to organize Polkadot meetups. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate your value as an active and committed community member.

We want to see passionate ambassadors working towards their goals of promoting Polkadot and growing their local communities. We value creativity, originality, and dedication.

General Information About Pop-ups

To participate, you must be familiar with the Meetups Bounty and its guidelines. Please review the details on our official page.

• Each ambassador can currently organize up to 2 pop-up meetups per month. You must submit your first meetup for review before planning a second one.
• Submit your pop-up within 15 days after it takes place.
• The maximum reimbursement is 300 USD, but expenses must be reasonable. Aim to spend around 10–20 USD per attendee, depending on your location.
• Funds can only be used for food/snacks and engaging activities.
• Join our Telegram Channel and announce your intention to host a meetup before it happens.

Conditions

• Minimum of 5 attendees
• At least 4 photos or a video posted on your social media (one must be on X), ideally also by attendees.
• Share 3 key discussion points
• Create a lu.ma guest page (add Polkadot by inviting [email protected])
• You must clearly demonstrate that the meetup focused on Polkadot (e.g., invite known Polkadot members, onboard attendees to wallets, distribute POAPs, etc.)

Submission

Please submit your pop-up as you would any other meetup via the Meetups Bounty program. More information is available on the main page under “submission”. Include invoices/recepts and media.
